The Liberia Petroleum Regulatory Authority (LPRA) has published four (4) fully executed Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs) between the Government of Liberia and TotalEnergies EP Liberia for offshore blocks LB-06, LB-11, LB-17, and LB-29, as well as four (4) fully executed PSCs between the Government of Liberia and Oranto Petroleum Liberia Limited for offshore blocks LB-15, LB-16, LB-22, and LB-24.
The publication of the agreements is consistent with Liberia’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and international best practices in the governance of its petroleum resources.
