Associate Justices and Members of the Judiciary, our development and diplomatic partners, the business community, and all Liberians and residents of Liberia.
As we reflect on 2025, we note with gratitude the successful conclusion of Liberia’s first upstream petroleum Production Sharing Agreements in more than a decade. This whole-of-government effort, led by the LPRA, has renewed international confidence in Liberia’s petroleum sector and laid a foundation for the resumption of offshore exploration in Liberia.
Towards the future, the LPRA reaffirms its commitment to ethical regulation, contract enforcement, and ensuring that Liberia’s petroleum resources contribute to sustainable growth and shared national prosperity.
