Mohammed A. Dukuly is the Deputy Director General for Finance at the Liberia Petroleum Regulatory Authority (LPRA). Previously, he served as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in New York and as Director of Large Tax at the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning. Known for his exceptional work ethic, strategic decision-making abilities, and fostering collaborative team environments, he plays a pivotal role in maintaining LPRA’s financial integrity and reputation. His educational credentials include a Master of Accounting from the Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary, and a Bachelor of Business Administration focusing on Accounting from Morehouse College.
