LPRA Publishes Fully Executed Petroleum Contracts with TotalEnergies, Oranto, and BluEnergies
The Liberia Petroleum Regulatory Authority (LPRA) has published four (4) fully executed Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs) between the Government of Liberia and TotalEnergies EP Liberia for offshore blocks LB-06, LB-11, LB-17, and LB-29, as well as four (4) fully executed PSCs between the Government of Liberia and Oranto Petroleum Liberia Limited for offshore blocks LB-15, LB-16, LB-22, and LB-24.
The LPRA has also published the fully executed reconnaissance license agreements between the Authority and BluEnergies Ltd, in partnership with TotalEnergies, covering offshore blocks LB-26, LB-30, and LB-31.
The publication of these agreements is consistent with Liberia’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and international best practices in the governance of its petroleum resources.
