Marilyn T. Logan

Hon. Marilyn T. Logan is the Director General of the Liberia Petroleum Regulatory Authority (LPRA). She has a distinguished career in the oil & gas sector, holding leadership roles such as Manager of Training and Development, Head of Administration, and Officer-in-Charge at the National Oil Company of Liberia (NOCAL). She co-chaired the transitional committee that facilitated establishing the LPRA, setting a strong governance and regulatory foundation for Liberia’s oil and gas industry. Hon. Logan also directed corporate affairs at Jeety Trading Corporation, enhancing sales, profitability, and compliance with governmental regulations. Her role at LPRA involves driving strategic initiatives that adhere to international best practices in the oil and gas industry, fostering a transparent and progressive operational environment. Hon. Logan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management and Finance from the University of Liberia.
