LPRA Extends Pre-Qualification Process For Liberian Companies To June 30

Monrovia, Liberia - As the result of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Liberia Petroleum Regulatory Authority (LPRA) has extended the time of submission of expression of interest for pre-qualification from Liberian companies wishing to participate in the country’s ongoing Offshore Licensing Round.

The submission of interest which begun March 17, 2020, and was initially set to end April 30, 2020, has now been extended to June 30, 2020.
The application package shall be submitted to the Authority’s head offices on 18th Street as a sealed expression of interest addressed to: The Liberia Petroleum Regulatory Authority (LPRA) Attn: Rufus Tarnue, Deputy Director-General for Technical Services 18st Street, Sinkor, 1000 Monrovia, 10 Liberia.

Applicants should note that notice of qualification fee which is US$ 5, 000 is nontransferable and nonrefundable. Companies wishing to participate should submit a request for banking information from LPRA email address (This email address is being protected from spambots. The LPRA is encouraging all companies interested in participating in the prequalification process to submit the required documents within the stipulated time frame as all applications submitted after June 30 will not be considered irrespective of payment of the application fees.
